Engine motor mount for the Lycoming 320-360 with Dyna Focal 1 Tig welded and jig held.
Patrol – engine motor mount available! Other custom engineered mounts also available. The custom part only works if you know exactly what you want with dimensions.
Jigged on heavy plate stock fire wall bolt alignment. Cad drawn for proper angle alignment.
Please note – I have added bushing washers on fire wall side for more strength/less stress to fire wall plate. All side to side angles maintained. Motor tilt angle kept into account. Front to aft distance within call out range.
Cad drawn for calculated bolt clearance. Proper distance and angles held in place (see orange bolts to the left). Welded in fixtures to ensure straight motor alignment.
Shown here in Dawn Patrol Grey, a very neutral grey, a few shades off of stone white. A color that would show cracks (rusting) quickly, if they ever show up years down the road, even before any annual inspection. Can also be shipped bare or with stock Super Rustoleum Primer– your choice.
