For our minister, which has the Easter Dove, his name cut out and yes, he is a packer fan.  This is 30″ wide x 40″ tall.  Signs can be made up to 47″ x 47″ but get hard to handle at this size. Then can be indexed if so desired for large signs.

Fonts are NO problem, but remember on balance of sign, a little less in detail works out to be a lot more in looks.

Business sign for the Green Door in Clermont IA

A quaint shop with excellent selection of wines and other gifts.

This is a 3 piece sign that was done asymmetrically so that when front and rear are hung together, the doors/windows match up with only a white panel installed in between for great viewing. The reason for the open design it to let the wind blow through.

Tell Lisa “Hello” from Iron Design

Fairly large oval at 40″ wide, with lots of details on their hobbies of small aircraft and golfing.

If you have a old wagon wheel hoop, it makes a great place for such an entrance sign.

Fairly large oval at 47″ wide, with smooth spline lines (no flat spots) through out with the exception of the two boxes.

In this case, I did the sign for myself, and made letter thickness about as small as I dare go and still maintain good viewing. (1/4″)

Generally do these horse shapes between 24 and 30″ tall, they really take on a life of their own in the house setting, as you can see with the flame painted style.

Looking as good on solid surface color or old barn siding.

If you like silhouettes  of this type on horses, the cost is about $45-55  if you need special just for you, $75 based on your supplied photo These will last a lifetime as all of my sign creations should.

Signs installed on flat faces rocks  can happen by simply knowing the max size of the flat face, determining the look of the sign, and installing bolt pegs that get epoxied into drilled holes in the rock.

These work well for commemorates, achievement awards even cremation grave markers.

If beyond local, the rock will need to be prepared locally by you or tradesman. I generally have a selection (20)  of flat faced rocks  available  @ $0.10#

By working with the customer, we can custom layout (and show it) before any cutting takes place.

In this case, we knew what the bison was going to look like and direction it was going to point.

The Font layout had to touch  both the top ring and inner ring, in order to suspend everything else. Often these little details really set the sign off.

Size could be and WAS selected to fit perfectly in a wagon wheel hoop.

Large oval for farm entrance with this one being 47″ wide,  with it hanging from flat rock with copper braided wire

Stone was topped off by 3-D spider of nearly 3′ across which was allowed to rust naturally.

As with all steel signs that have thickness built in, you can sand blast  to start over with new color, every 3-5 years, once in your lifetime.

All this sitting on a 2000+ pound rock.

Example of two piece sign with bison raised out front by 1/2″ and bronze aged.

Sign is about 30″ long

Large 4′ wide sign with natural rust patina on the background sign.

Flame painted and clear coated tree in the fore ground.

While looking great here, at most any point, the sign could be sand blasted

Showing how the tree is offset about 1/2″ for best effect for this sign..
