Ribs

Profiled ribs-17 in count-11 different profiles!

Filled in ends for ribs that are located on ends of H-stabs or elevator.  See upper left.  All holes to the max allowed producing the lightest yet strong ribs. Complete with drag tube holes, (NO special altering required) and ends are profiled notched for leading and trailing tubes.   Made to correct length.

These are hammered over steel form blocks for smooth sides and nice radius edges.  NO flutes on sides. This heat and shrink method gives the strongest rib shape possible.  All lay very flat as shown here.

Top V stab rib showing capped ends.  Brace tube shown here coming into cluster of rib and leading edge.

Finished V Stab with ribs in place.  Offset on bottom of V-stab, and  centered on top. That is your choice and ribs will allow either centered or offset top. Don’t forget your brace tube as you put ribs into place.
